Our timing belt is mainly used in the aftermarket and OEM market of top-class car,It has excellent performance and can meet the requirenment of enterprises in Eroupe and America,its quality has reached the advanced level of the world.

    It consisted of three parts: rubber layer,tensile member and nylon fabric layer.

1.tensile member is composed of glass fiber where imported from England. It is able to bear large loads and has no elongation. It is use under normal condition ,The service life will be longer.

2.The rubber layer is CR or HNBR. It has the feature of high abrasion resistance,oil and heat resistance.

3.Nylon fabric layer is composed of nylon 66 where inported from Englang too, Under high-speed work between belt and pulley.It can guarantee the long service life.

4.The teeth of timing belt and cross-section of the pulley have been specially designed so that the mesh between belt and pulley can be perfectly guaranteed.

    Our timing belt are CR and HNBR timing belt. CR timing blet,which provide excellent oil&heat resistance preformance and excellent price-performance ratios,is widely applied to automotive trasmission fields;HNBR timing belt has higher performance than CR.But the price is more expensive,so it is applied to top-grade automotive transmission field.
